Do I need an account?
No. Gig Driver Stops does not require registration or login.
Why does the app request my location?
Location is used while the app is open to center the map, calculate distances,
and find nearby restrooms, stores, and gas stations. The app does not request
background location.
You can decline the permission and use the Denver demonstration area. You can
change location access at any time in your device settings.
Why am I seeing the Denver demonstration area?
The demonstration area appears when location permission is unavailable or the
app cannot retrieve nearby results. Check the app’s location permission and your
internet connection, then tap the location button again.
Why is a place missing or incorrect?
Place information comes from third-party map and place providers and can be
incomplete or outdated. Public access, hours, restroom availability, fuel
services, and store details can change. Confirm important details at the
destination.
How do I get directions?
Tap a marker, open the location card, and select Get Directions. Choose an
installed navigation app when prompted. Navigation is provided by that app.
Is the $4.99 charge recurring?
No. $4.99 is a one-time app purchase. There is no subscription and there are no
in-app purchases.
How do I request a refund?
Apple and Google process purchases and refund requests for their respective
stores. Use the purchase-support or refund process for the store where you
bought the app.

Do not operate the app while driving. Pull over safely or ask a passenger to use
the app. Always obey traffic laws and verify that a destination is safe and open
